As the Head of Software Engineering and part of the corporate leadership team, Minas guides and directs the company’s technology needs by establishing viable, scalable, and innovative technical solutions. His experience will be instrumental in overseeing the architecture, development and quality assurance of the entire Exchangelodge platform.

Minas brings to Exchangelodge a 25 year track record of managerial and hands-on technologist experience. Harnessed from both consulting and corporate roles, Minas’ leadership has been honed to build, lead, and motivate high-performance technical teams. Minas was the Vice President of IS Solutions for PharmaMetrics Inc., a market access analytics SaaS solution for the pharmaceutical industry. During his successful tenure there, he managed the software development efforts and led the entire IT department, which included IT operations, infrastructure, release/change management, client implementation, business continuity/disaster recovery and information security policies. His efforts were key in the company’s growth to maturity and eventually supporting its exit strategy thru the successful acquisition by Integrichain. Additionally, Minas held a senior leadership role Dakota, a firm dedicated to helping investment firms grow their business.
